Return and Exchange Policy


Return Conditions:


Orders will not be returned if they are not in their original condition or if they do not include any accompanying gifts.


Products will not be returned if their packaging has been opened or if they have been used in any way.


The customer is responsible for return shipping costs of 20 SAR.


The allowed return period is 3 days from the date of receiving the order.


The customer is responsible for the cash-on-delivery service fee, which is non-refundable.


If the original packaging of the product is found to have been opened upon return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs within a maximum of two weeks from the date of return.

Upon arrival, the product will be inspected to ensure it is undamaged, unopened, and unused.


Your bank account will be refunded within 1 to 14 days.


Exchange Policy:

You will receive a discount code equivalent to the product's value. You can then place another order for the desired product through the website. Compensation: In the event of a product arriving with a manufacturing defect or fault, the customer will be compensated with the same product, a discount code equivalent to the product's value, or a replacement product. All photos must be included within 7 days of the order date, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Compensation will not be issued after this period. Notes: - For all purchases made through installment services (Tabi or Tamara), refunds will be processed through the service providers. - Cash on delivery is a paid service where payment is made upon receipt of the order. If the product is received and the customer wishes to return it, the cash on delivery will be deducted for the customer's benefit. - If the returned order is found to have been opened in its original packaging, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to them within two weeks of the return. - If the order has already been shipped or a shipping label has been issued and the order is canceled, the refund will be for the product only, minus the delivery fee. - Shipments outside of Saudi Arabia are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties in their country.
